Job Responsibilities

• The candidate has knowledge of Heavy Lifting & Haulage, Crane Rental & Project Logistics.
• Design safety training programs for employees and ensure the response to all specific requirements maintain knowledge of all company safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within the required timeframe.
• Administer all worker compensation cases for employees and maintain safety regulations in compliance with all local departments and inspect all fire protection equipment to ensure proper working and document same.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions and preventive measures and elimination any potential hazards are of the utmost importance for the safety of all employees, visitors and the public as well.
• Ensures that all project personnel and crew comply with client and company HSE training and project requirements.
• Implementation, maintenance and improvement of high safety standards by ensuring that all personnel employed in the project are competent to carry out their designated tasks in a safe manner.
• Develop and recommend improvements to all Quality Management Systems and develop and implement efficient global operations emergency response plans and ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations.
• Provide support to the execution of all global operation emergency response plans and manage all emergency situations design solutions to all issues design required business tools and execute all HSE procedures and policies.
• Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites.
• Monitor all conservation and protection programs maintain hygiene at the facility at all times and prepare required status reports.
• Participate in all site safety committees analyze all job hazard activities ensure compliance guidelines and perform audits on all activities.
• Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.

• Practical job experience (Both Office & Project) for a minimum of 08 years in the Health, Safety & Environment Department.
